Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Skincare products and personal-use items must be in new condition for safety and hygiene reasons.

Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items without tracking.
  2. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees and any customs duties are non-refundable.
